The Scicon Sports Aerotech Evolution bike travel case entirely Made in Italy provides excellent protection for your bike when you fly.
Made out of proprietary ABS composite material, the Scicon Sports Aerotech Evolution strikes the perfect balance between weight and protection.
Remove the wheels of your bike, rotate the handlebars down, remove the seatpost and one pedal opposite to the drive side and your bike frame will slide into the bike case with no problem.
Suitable for road, gravel and cyclocross bikes and compatible with Quick Release and Thru Axle. The asymmetric design of the case will also accommodate bikes with integrated seatpost.
PACKING MADE SIMPLE
Lightweight, yet, robust and easy-to-pack and unpack – the SCICON AeroTech Evolution X TSA makes travelling with your bike as simple and safe as it can get. Only the wheels, the seat post and one pedal need to be removed – the handlebars need not be fully removed; just loosened and turned.
The bike’s wheels are stored safely in the wheel compartments of the bike travel case, while the pedals and saddle (with seat post) fit in a special storage bag.
The clever patented design also allows stowing bikes with integrated seat posts and is ideal for transporting road and TT/ triathlon bikes.

Security and easy inspection
The SCICON AeroTech Evolution X TSA is equipped with two TSA key locks, making sure your bike is accessible by TSA agents only and protected from unwanted access during transit.
While the dedicated compartments for your bike’s wheels and a clever internal strapping system enable customs and security personnel to inspect the contents without having to remove anything from the bike box.
ENGINEERED AND DESIGNED IN ITALY
Developed and engineered in Italy, the AeroTech Evolution X TSA is one of the lightest and robust bike cases available. The use of a patented high impact ABS composite, developed to meet only the highest demands in respect of protection and design, offers superior mechanical properties while keeping the weight at only 11kg.
DEDICATED STORAGE SPACE
The AeroTech Evolution X TSA has been developed around the geometry of race bikes and has a dedicated space for all bike components. Integrated wheel chambers protect your wheel set. A secured and detachable component bag holds space for the seat post, pedals, skewers and tools. The padded upholstery protects your bike frame like a cushion.
SUSPENDED FRAME SYSTEM (SFS)
The clever Suspended Frame System (SFS), holds your bike frame firmly in place, providing extra stability and safety, just like a car’s seatbelt. Included tube pads absorb shock and avoid abrasion.
TRAVEL SENTRY® APPROVED
Reinforced Travel Sentry® approved TSA key locks ensure the safety of the bike as well as access to the bike case to customs authorities in the USA, Canada and many other international airports.
